Hello everyone, today I’m going to talk to you about our step-up voltage adapter. This tutorial covers SKU number 29867, which also works with SKU number 29866. This step-up adapter is essential for ensuring your camera gets the power it needs. I’ll be demonstrating with one of our light-up cameras.

First, let’s look at the adapter. The input range is 8-240 volts, and the output is a steady 12 volts. Here’s how to set it up:

  • Connect the input part of the adapter to your 12-volt source.
  • Connect the adapter’s output to your camera.
  • First, connect the black wires, then connect the yellow wire to the red wire.
  • Secure the connections with electrical tape.

Now, connect the barrel connector to the back of the camera. Finally, connect the red and black wires from the adapter to your power source. Once everything is connected, your camera should power on, even if your original voltage was too low.
